What Is Included

For Southern California charters, every booking includes the vessel, captain, and crew. Fuel, port fees, and planning coordination are included in your quoted price. Provisions, water toys, and shore excursions are quoted separately.

For international charters, pricing follows the Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) basis — typically 25 to 35 percent of the base charter fee, covering all running expenses during the voyage.

What is included in a private yacht charter and what costs extra?

For Southern California charters, every booking through Private Pathways includes the vessel, captain, and crew for the duration of your charter. Fuel, port fees, and our planning and coordination are included in your quoted price. Provisions, water toys, tender transfers, and shore excursions are quoted separately. For international and offshore charters, pricing is structured on an Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) basis, typically 25 to 35 percent of the base charter fee.
