What is the maximum number of passengers per aircraft category?
Light Jets accommodate up to 4 passengers, Midsize Jets up to 7, Heavy Jets up to 14, and Ultra Long Range aircraft up to 19 or more depending on configuration. BBJ and ACJ VIP airliners can be configured for larger groups.
Do you allow pets on board?
Yes. Pets travel with you in the cabin on every flight we arrange. No cargo holds, no kennels, no exceptions. Your animals travel the same way you do.
What FBOs do you use in Los Angeles?
We coordinate departures through Signature Aviation, Atlantic Aviation, and Jet Aviation at LAX, Van Nuys, Burbank, and Long Beach. Van Nuys is our most commonly used facility for private charter — purpose-built for private aviation with no commercial terminal crossover.
How are international flights handled?
All international flights include overflight permits, customs coordination, and ground handling at every stop — arranged in advance by your specialist.

Yes. We monitor the market daily. If you have flexibility on timing, ask your specialist about current empty leg availability on your preferred route. Empty legs are often available at 50–75% below standard charter pricing.

How does private jet catering work?
We coordinate catering through our network of premium FBO caterers at your departure airport. Menus are fully customizable — from light snacks to multi-course meals prepared by private chefs. Dietary requirements, wine programs, and beverage preferences are all coordinated in advance.
