We go where you want to go, stay as long as you want to stay, and move on when you are ready — not when the schedule says so. Beyond the logistics, the access is different. Our Beverly Hills culinary program, for example, includes private tastings at partner restaurants that do not take public reservations. Our Hollywood experiences include access that is not available on any public tour. The vehicle, the guide, the pacing, and the access are all private. That is the difference. What vehicles are used for private ground tours?
We always maintain the newest fleet available for our clients — currently all 2026 model year vehicles. Our fleet includes Range Rover Autobiography, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Suburban, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (custom-configured), and Lincoln Navigator. Every vehicle is maintained to the highest standards and refreshed annually to ensure you are always riding in the latest models.
Can we customize the tour itinerary?
Absolutely — in fact, total customization is the entire point. We begin every engagement with a discovery conversation to understand your interests, preferences, must-see destinations, dietary preferences, favorite snacks and beverages, music tastes, and any other details that matter to you. From the route and the stops to the refreshments stocked in your vehicle, every sensory detail is tailored to create your perfect day. The itinerary is built around you, not the other way around.
How many guests can join a private tour?
Our SUVs comfortably accommodate 1–6 guests. For larger groups, we configure multiple vehicles or custom Sprinter Vans. We have accommodated groups of up to 40 guests on multi-vehicle private tours.
Do you offer tours outside of Southern California?
Yes. While Southern California is our home turf and area of deepest expertise, we coordinate private ground tours in major cities and destinations worldwide through our global DMC network.
Can a ground tour be combined with other services?
This is one of our specialties. A typical multi-modal experience might begin with a private ground tour, transition to a helicopter charter for an aerial perspective, and conclude with a yacht charter or estate dinner. We coordinate every element seamlessly.
