What does 'full staff included' mean?
Every estate stay includes a dedicated house manager, private chef, housekeeping team, and any additional staff specific to the property (sommelier, personal trainer, security, etc.). The level of staffing is calibrated to your group size and preferences.
What does the NDA protocol cover?
All household staff and property managers working with Private Pathways clients sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements prior to your arrival. Guest identities, travel details, and any information observed during a stay are never disclosed. We treat discretion as a non-negotiable operating standard, not an optional service.
Can you arrange security at the property?
Yes. We work with vetted private security providers in every destination. Security can be arranged at any property, at any staffing level, as part of your estate booking.
Can we host an event at the estate?
Yes. In-estate event production is available at most properties — private dinners, celebrations, and corporate gatherings. All permitting, catering, entertainment, and logistics are coordinated by our team in advance.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Southern California properties can often be arranged within two to four weeks for available dates. Peak season in European and Caribbean destinations requires a minimum of 60–90 days. For multi-destination programs, 90 days or more is recommended. Urgent requests are always considered — contact us directly.
Is the private chef included or an add-on?
A private chef is included in all estate configurations as a standard. Menu planning begins before your arrival. Dietary requirements, preferred cuisines, and any special occasion programming are coordinated in advance.
How do you vet the properties in your portfolio?
Every property in our portfolio is personally inspected by our team or through trusted partners with direct relationships with property owners. We assess the quality of the staff, the condition of the property, the legitimacy of the privacy it claims to offer, and whether it performs at the level our clients expect.
Are properties available outside of Southern California?
Yes. Our estate portfolio includes properties in Tuscany, the South of France, the Caribbean, Bali, the Maldives, and many other destinations. We are continuously expanding our global portfolio.
What is the minimum stay duration?
Most properties have a minimum stay of 2–3 nights. For peak season and holiday periods, minimum stays may be longer. We work to accommodate your specific dates and requirements.
