What is included in an all-inclusive yacht charter?

Every charter is configured specifically for the client, but our standard Southern California charters include the vessel, full crew, captain and first mate, catering and open bar, water sports equipment and yacht toys, fuel, and port fees. Global superyacht programs include private chef, sommelier, full water toy complement including jet skis and tender, and all logistics coordination.

How far in advance should I book a yacht charter?

For Southern California day charters, two to four weeks is ideal for the best vessel selection. Overnight and multi-day programs benefit from 30–60 days. Global superyacht programs for peak Mediterranean or Caribbean season require 90 days minimum — six months is strongly recommended for July and August in the Mediterranean.

What is the difference between a helicopter tour and a helicopter transfer?

A helicopter tour is a scenic experience — the route is designed to maximize visual impact with photography-optimized routing over Los Angeles, the coastline, or other landmarks. A helicopter transfer is point-to-point transportation — LA to Catalina, Van Nuys to Santa Barbara — where efficiency and comfort are the priority. Both are fully private and both can be combined into a single program.

How does private jet pricing work?

Private jet pricing is calculated based on flight time, aircraft category, fuel surcharges, landing and handling fees, and — for one-way flights — a ferry fee for the aircraft repositioning empty. Federal excise tax of 7.5% applies to domestic flights. Yes. Private ground tours start at $2,500. Helicopter charters start at $5,500. Yacht charters start at $15,000 for a full day in Southern California. Private jet charters start at $5,500 for a light jet. Estate accommodations start at $15,000 for a two-night stay. These minimums exist because the standard of service we deliver requires them.
